Mount Olivet Grammar School Alumni Association of Nigeria (MOGSAAN)

The Mount Olivet Grammar School Alumni Association of Nigeria (MOGSAAN) is the official body that brings together former students of Mount Olivet Grammar School, Bodija, Ibadan. The Association exists to foster unity, collaboration, and lifelong connections among alumni while supporting the growth, development, and legacy of our alma mater.

MOGSAAN serves as a platform through which alumni across different generations, professions, and locations can reconnect, contribute, and work collectively for the common good of the school and its community.

Our Mission

To foster a progressive and dependable network among alumni and students of Mount Olivet Grammar School, Bodija, Ibadan, for the common benefit of all who share the Mount Olivet experience.

We are committed to projecting the values, image, and recognition of the school as a leading center of excellence in secondary education, while encouraging volunteerism and character development.

Our Vision

  • To serve as the primary platform for networking among Mount Olivet Grammar School alumni in Nigeria and beyond.

  • To promote and sustain collaboration between MOGSAAN and its local and diaspora chapters through effective use of technology and information systems.

  • To foster unity, peace, and a strong sense of family among members wherever they may be.

  • To promote and protect the interests, welfare, and progress of Mount Olivet Grammar School nationally and internationally.

Our Objectives

MOGSAAN is guided by clear objectives that support both alumni and the school:

  • To provide financial, moral, and other forms of assistance to students and alumni of Mount Olivet Grammar School when necessary.

  • To encourage healthy rivalry and excellence through awards, prizes, and academic or extracurricular initiatives.

  • To create, implement, and support programs that contribute to the continued growth and development of the school.

  • To initiate meaningful give-back projects for the advancement of Mount Olivet Grammar School.

  • To uphold transparency, accountability, and fairness in all MOGSAAN activities.

  • To encourage active participation and engagement among all members.

  • To support mentorship, internship, professional development, and personal growth opportunities for alumni and students alike.
